Rooted in the spirit of excellence, community, spirit, and service, we are the collaborative space for women who lead and serve authentically in every setting imaginable from the ER to the OR to the healing table and even the salon; bringing the beauty, honor and spirit of the culture that shaped them. Together, we are reclaiming our legacy, strengthening the wellness of our families, communities, and inspiring future generations of healers.

Drawing from our rich heritage and background as Indigenous Americans, I&I CoFounders and Sisters Rashiah and Sabriya were raised steeped in the ways and culture of their deep Southern American roots on both sides. With a combined half century of experience in human service, health care and education, I&I was initially founded as a family healing practice in 2012.
We listened and our mission shifted.
Our ultimate goal is to support as many healers as we possibly can to bridge what our generation carries from the past to motivate, inspire, and heal our co workers, colleagues peers communities and the world with profound reverence for the shoulders we stand on.
